The selection criteria for MD/MS is to clear MBBS from a university recognized by the MCI along with the Internship. Admission to MD/MS is offered based on the scores obtained in NEET-PG.

Based on the opinions within the medical community, I will provide some information on these colleges-
I don’t know much about GMC Patiala and GMCH Chandigarh, so I won’t comment on these two.
Make sure to choose a college with hardworking students. Good company will motivate you to study harder and excel in your field. Food and language barriers aren’t much of a problem in the long run.
