The overall goal of the program is to train nurses who have the knowledge and skills to provide professional care in a partnership relationship with the individual (individual, family, group, community, population). The student develops skills in critical analysis, leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, cultural sensitivity, engagement and self-learning.
