Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • Students should have completed a 4-year bachelor's degree such as BSc (Pharm), PharmD, BSc (honors), or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • A minimum GPA of at least 3.3/4.33 (B+ grade) in the last 60 credit hours of study is required to be eligible for the program.

Work Experience:

Students can also apply for this program if they have equivalent demonstrated research experience in a related scientific field such as:

  • pharmacology
  • biochemistry
  • chemistry
  • microbiology
  • chemical engineering
  • biochemical engineering
  • completed MD, DVSc, DDS, or equivalent

Indian Student Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Or, completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
  • Or, completed a 3-year undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
