- The Diploma in Business -Financial Service at Saskatchewan Polytechnic is offered as 2 years program.
- It is an online program offered on a full-time basis.
- This program provides flexible learning facilities such as online or distance which includes include on-site labs, clinicals, practicums or work experiences, and evening classes.
- Students starting the program in January will complete the program in an accelerated format. Students will study semesters 1 and 2 consecutively from January to July and begin their second year in September of the same year.
- Many of the diploma specialties also provide opportunities for co-op work placements.
- In this program, students develop specialized knowledge and skills in residential mortgages, bank operations, financial products and services, loans and credit, personal financial planning, advanced investment products, and more.
- Full-time students in Saskatoon apply to the Business Certificate program before entering the Business diploma program. Business diploma students apply through Moose Jaw and Prince Albert.
- The Business certificate program is equivalent to the first year of the diploma program.
- The first year provides a well-rounded foundation in core business concepts, including accounting, computers, economics, human resources, insurance, organizational behavior, marketing, and more.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must complete Grade 12 from a recognized college or institution.
- Or, Students successfully complete at least 15 credit units, from this Business certificate program or the Business diploma (year 1) program.
