Academics wise: The method of testing is multiple choice and not writing papers. Although it is easier, writing could be more useful in the future, but MCQs are good for establishing concepts.

Honestly, I think Laurier has some interesting courses only for older years and first-year students are stuck with boring electives. For example, there is a poli sci class on president Donald Trump but you can only take it in 3rd year.

The fee structure is you pay your fees twice so basically once in September and then another time in January. Other charges have to be textbooks which are so expensive and you can?t even buy used ones bc each textbook has a code for an online class.
