I chose this university and program because I have a deep interest in accounting and finance and because of the pathway to CPA. Their co-op program was also a major attraction.
Course Curriculum :
The course syllabus is regularly updated each semester. We get our 4 terms of industrial exposure through this university.
Exams :
For my application, I had to submit my CV along with 2 LoRs and 1 interview questionnaire. I wrote about my academics and extracurricular activities. I had a video interview to submit. Yes, I had a recorded interview application. I would suggest you practice plenty during the trial sessions. Practice experience-based questions and situational based questions.
Placement :
Alumni networking is great and there are tons of alumni networking events. There are a number of Fortune 500 companies that come to the university. All the Big 4 Accounting firms have regular sessions on campus.
Internship :
we can apply for co-op positions in winter 2021.
Events :
Campus life is great. There is a lot to do in and around campus. There is always an event going on. The sports facilities are great, they have a great pool. They have a great rock climbing facility too. There are hundreds of clubs on campus for everyone!

Scholarship :
Yes, I received the Bill Harvie Fellowship/Scholarship. I was offered the scholarship by the university and didn?t need to apply.
Faculty :
The faculty is incredible. They are extremely helpful and approachable. They are easy to speak to about anything, not just academics. Professor Konrad Pawlak has had the most impact on me. He has been an incredible mentor to me and has provided some great advice.
Hostel :
Yes, they have great infrastructure and well-maintained facilities. It is always clean and tidy. There are both sharing rooms and single rooms. There are suite style living accommodations too. It costs approximately CAD 4500 per semester.
