It's very close to home, so I can live with my family, I've always wanted to go into health and they had a lot of programs aimed at that. The programs were customizable as well, I could pick classes I am interested in.
Course Curriculum
I enjoy most of the course curriculum. Some things in classes are very repetitive and other courses it's like they are pushing you toward certain careers like health informatics. But I do enjoy the variety of courses, we take bio and Chem but also take things related to public health.
Exams
I didn't need to take any entrance exams to get into my university. They used my grade 11 and 12 marks and a personal essay for entrance into university.
Fees
The fees are broken down into faculty fees, tuition, Bus pass and other smaller fees that pay into other necessities on campus.
Examination Structure
It depends on the class and what the professor wants. Most are multiple choose exams unless you are in a relatively smaller class and then you get into short or long answer. I mostly still only do multiple choice exams.
Faculty
It seems very inclusive and welcoming, the faculty hosts activities for students. They try to get you involved in school and they have supports for people struggling
