Close to home, great teachers and referrals. A lot of my friends told me about how great this college was and it was only a 35 minute drive from home. I also liked that the program originally transitioned nicely to a degree if I wanted but this changed coincidentally when I got there.
Course Curriculum
The course curriculum was nice I was able to pick some other courses in my diploma but it wasn't much of a choice when it depended on what semester you were in and what was available to also fit your schedule.
Placement
I found it hard to locate a good job that I wanted after school. The placements I never bothered looking at either as they were always too far from where I lived so I ended up doing a co-op where I worked in the mall closer to home.
Fees
There was a tuition fee and then books and parking fees. Parking was a pretty big hit being a couple of hundred dollars a month just to park... then books were ridiculously priced over a couple hundred each that they would force you to buy to get the online work that was mandatory for your grade.
Examination Structure
The exam structure is good, it just seems like we take a lot of tests in each semester. This can be challenging when your also faced with projects on the go. I found the math or accounting exams the hardest as it was always one right answer. I also found I could argue a lot of my answers in multiple choice.
Faculty
Love the faculty!!! One teacher asked if he could help me prep for an exam when I told him I was worried. We spent a couple hours in his office going over questions I had to better understand.
