- This two-year graduate certificate is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge to effectively initiate, plan, control, and commission construction projects.
- Students will study the investment appraisal of development projects; planning, scheduling, budgeting, and control of construction projects, and soft skills related to effective leadership, communication, and negotiation.
- Students will learn to integrate construction methods, building codes, and lean construction techniques into their projects.
- This program will prepare students to take various professional certification exams with the main focus on CAPM (Certified Associate Project Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), PQS (Professional Quantity Surveyor designation), and Gold Seal certificate.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- A three-year advanced diploma or a degree from an accredited college or university in a construction-related field (architectural technology, construction engineering technology, civil engineering technology, civil engineering, environmental engineering, architectural studies).
- An overall average grade of 75% or above (as assessed by country, to Ontario standards) is required.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Indian students need to maintain an overall average of 60% each year.
- The minimum GPA required is 3.0/4.0 or students must have a B grade in their degree.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
