The?Hospitality Management?curriculum is balanced between theory and practice with hands-on experience incorporating numerous field trips, service learning, and worldwide internships.? The program is guided by an active advisory board and classes are taught by expert faculty who are well-connected in the industry and bring relevant knowledge to the classroom.? The program offers students a chance to focus their studies in one of four concentrations:? Lodging, Food & Beverage, Events, or Specialized Management.? Students complete a?Business Core?that provides them with a solid background in the principles of accounting, finance, marketing, computer information systems, statistics, and management.
