It is amazing. The faculty is very kind and caring. Everyone is kind and not judgmental so you can truly express yourself. It's a nurturing environment to be in. The classes are interesting and engaging.
Everything is broken down simply so that you know what each thing costs. It?s a pretty reasonable price for the education.
It varies widely. Some of the curriculum for entry-level classes is pretty bad but I have not had any bad experiences with the upper-level course curriculum. Upper-level course offerings are restricted (some classes only offered once every 2 years) which can be frustrating.
Overall it is pretty cheap. Tuition is around two thousand five hundred dollars per quarter and then you also have to pay various fees (technology, transportation, rec center, etc).
I like how my courses interact and relate to each other. Some people in my major complain that our studies are too broadly focused. We don't feel prepared enough for our careers. There are certain skills necessary for the types of jobs we will have, and we want more hands-on learning.
We have quarterly fees for different services offered for students around campus. One is a fee to use the recreation center. One is a sustainability action fee that goes into a fund. Students get to decide how to best spend the money in the fund to support sustainability on campus.
