Courses focusing on medical nutrition therapy, nutritional counseling, community programs, sustainable food systems and food-service management will give you a broad base of knowledge and prepare you to become a registered dietitian (RD) or registered diet technician (DTR).

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit original copies of academic records from each high school, college or university attended whether or not a degree, certificate or diploma was earned
- The university considers various factors like class rank, GPA or equivalent, rigor of high school courses, trend in academic courses over time
- Submit a personal statement of between 200-500 words showing information regarding academic performance, co-curricular activities, future plans for study and plan of co-curricular involvement at the university
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Langauge Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 78 in iBT with minimum scores of 17 in speaking and writing
- IELTS: minimum score of 6.0 with no section below 5.5
- PTE: minimum score of 52
- SAT: minimum 530 in evidence based reading and writing
- ACT: English and reading section scores of minimum 22
