International applications seeking to study in the US are examined based on preferred and regular deadlines. The applicants applying before the preferred deadline date are given primary priority. Whereas, applications submitted after the preferred deadline dates are given the secondary priority.

Fee waivers are not granted to MFA applicants or international applicants. For language scores, the TOEFL Code is 4049 and must be sent directly via the testing agency.
