Bachelor of Science [B.S] [Health Promotion and Education - Community Health Education] From University of Utah

As the flagship of our department, the community health emphasis is a career-training program that prepares students for health education roles in public, non-profit, and private health organizations, including government agencies, corporate wellness facilities and clinical education programs. The curriculum of this track is based upon the core competencies of the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) national certification.

We accept a total of 35 Community Emphasis students per academic year. The application deadline is April 1st. Students must complete the Community Health essay as part of the application process.
