In the masters degree in education administration online program, you participate in an internship along with practicum and field experiences. These opportunities provide you with practical application of the program?s learning objectives and competencies. It is through this practical application that you become well prepared to pursue educational administration positions after graduating. The Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium (ISLLC) and Educational Leadership Constituent Council (ELCC) standards form the foundation of this regionally accredited and Arizona-approved program of study.
Course subjects include administrative and leadership foundations, creating and sustaining positive school cultures, PK-12 legal issues, finance, curriculum development and professional development and empowerment of teachers. The practicum and internships provide practical application provide opportunities to observe and impact local schools and districts using leadership traits and theories to improve classrooms and beyond.

Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed a bachelors degree from an accredited university with GPA of 2.8
- Applicants with lower GPA need to submit GRE (300 combined in verbal and quantitative)/ GMAT (500) scores
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other education completed
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
