Overview
UNCP is a school that is close to home which is great because I didn't want to be far. As as far as costs go it is an affordable college to go to especially with the $500 tuition they have. Also, I am the fourth generation in my family to go to UNCP. It started with my great grandmother, then my grandma, my father, and now me. I am happy to continue that tradition at UNCP.
Scholarship
First, I had to fill out FAFSA which asked financial questions about me and my parents to see if I qualify for aid. Then I had to fill out a financial aid form each semester at the bursars' office. Then the school awarded me how much they deemed worthy.
