Morehead State University is spread over 1,594 acres with a rural campus setting. The Morehead State University campus includes academic buildings, athletic fields, recreation centres, Adron Doran University Centre, Caudith Health Clinic, library, university stores, farms, fields, gymnasium and 12 residential buildings.

Accommodation

Morehead State University offers a variety of housing options- traditional, suite-style, apartment based and university farm housing. There are 3 traditional residence halls, 6 suite styles and 3 apartments. 

  • Traditional residence housing has mostly double occupancy rooms and they have resident advisors on each floor in case any assistance is required. Each hall houses 300-500 students.
  •  Suite-style halls are built for 4 people to be housed per suite and Andrews Hall houses up to 500 students in total. The floors are co-ed but each suite is dedicated to same-gender roommates.
  • Apartment-style housing is available at Morehead State University campus and they range from single to two-bedroom apartments. They are equipped with basic amenities including kitchen and laundry facilities.
  • University Farm Housing is also available at Lundergan and Padula Halls, which are classified as university farm residences.

  • Transfer students who have a GPA above 3.0 and 24 semester hours are eligible for the scholarship. Scholarship renewal requires a 2.0 GPA and the amount awarded is 4,000 USD per semester.
