As a leader of educating nurses in Kentucky for the past 50 years, Midway offers an advanced degree in nursing?the Master of Science of Nursing (MSN). Midway?s online MSN program focuses on educating the next level of nursing leaders and educators. The core curriculum focuses on topics in evidence-based nursing, ethics and health policy, quality improvement and safety in nursing, informatics and healthcare technology, and research.
The online MSN degree offers courses 100% online (except practicum) which allows working nurses the opportunity to earn their degree at their own pace. Students can earn their MSN in as little as two years full-time or three years part-time.
Whether nurses are looking to further their careers within the hospital setting or become nursing educators, Midway?s MSN program online offers options?a Nursing Administration or a Nursing Education track.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Applicants must have completed a bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited university
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other education completed
- Applicant must have a gpa of 3.0 or equivalent on a scale of 4.0
- Applicant should hold an unencumbered registered nursing license in US
- Submit a resume
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 550 in PBT; 213 in CBT; 79 in ibt
