Southern New Hampshire University Residence
SNHU provides housing options ranging from residence halls, suites to shared apartments. The on-campus housing is available for all undergraduate, graduate, and ESL students. Students are advised to apply for on-campus housing as soon as possible with limited availability.
- The on-campus residence is available through five residence halls and two residence apartments.
- The residence halls either have double rooms or single rooms along with a communal bathroom and common areas.
- The university usually assigns these residences to freshmen and sophomore students.
- Temporary housing is also available within the residence for international students. A wide range of off-campus housing in the US including homestay is also available for international students.

Southern New Hampshire University Programs
More than 100 bachelor’s degrees are offered at SNHU with 48 majors in online and on-campus modes. The most popular bachelor programs are offered in the disciplines business administration, criminal justice, computer science, and psychology.
SNHU also offers around 100 regionally accredited master’s degrees, which are extremely affordable and can be completed in 12 to 15 months in either on-campus or online mode. The most popular master’s degrees are MBA, Masters of Science in Information Technology, and Masters in Psychology.
- SNHU’s Online MBA is offered with 17 concentrations and the full-time MBA is offered in five concentrations. The full-time MBA can be completed in 12 to 18 months whereas the online MBA can be completed in 12 months.
- A total of 12 associate degrees are also available for international students to choose from, out of which 11 are online and one is a full-time degree. SNHU’s associate degrees are two year full-time degrees that require a completion of 60 credits. Full-time students are required to attend two classes per term and part-time students can attend one class per 8-week term.
- The university also offers two full-time doctoral degrees namely Doctorate of Business Administration in International Business and Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership.
- More than 15 online and 13 on-campus certificate courses are offered at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
