Bachelor [Marketing] From Southern Arkansas University

In the first two years, students will take a broad range of classes?both in the?Rankin College of Business and ?across campus. General education courses and lower level business courses such as Economics and Principles of Accounting will prepare students for the more advanced upper level classes. During this time, students will be assigned a member of the Marketing faculty as an advisor to help with class scheduling, professional mentoring, and career placement.

In the student?s final two years, courses focus more on the degree. In addition to Principles of Marketing, students can also choose from several electives, including Consumer Behavior, Retailing, Selling and Sales Management, and Advertising. Students can also learn on the job with an internship in marketing.
