The Saint Francis University is located in Loretto, Pennsylvania and has a campus size of 600 acres.
- The University has a Library and Learning Commons which provide access to information to the students. It includes electronic classrooms, the Bud Shuster Conference room/ Instruction Lab, group study, the Curriculum Materials Center, and the Margaret Tobin Center for Archives and Special Collections.
- The University has two museums within the campus namely, Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art and Keirn Family World War II Museum, which the students can visit without any additional charge.
- Their Fitness Center includes Stokes Athletics Center, DeGol Field, DiSepio institute Fitness Center, Immergrün Golf Course, Stokes Soccerplex and Red Flash Field. These include different amenities such as a swimming pool, natatorium, a fitness center, indoor running track, auxiliary gymnasium, field for soccer, golf course, etc.
- The University also offers a Disepio Institute for Rural Health and Wellness. The institute offers various health rehabilitation services to the University.
- Some other facilities provided in the Campus are Scotus Hall, Padua Hall, Raymond Hall, St. Francis Hall, Science Center, Sullivan Hall, Schwab Hall, Dorothy Day Outreach Center: Social Outreach, Small Business Development Center and some residence halls.
- There are various sororities and fraternities for students to join. Students can also join the college Marching Band and Pep Band.
- Apart from these, there are various other clubs and organizations for students such as Chemistry Club, Environmental Action Society, Habitat for humanity, Students working against tobacco, Make a Patient Smile, etc.
- Students can participate in various club sports such as baseball, soccer, table tennis, wrestling, etc.; or cultural arts such as French Club, Literary Guild, International Student Union, etc. Some faith-based organizations are in existence as well.

The university has 10 residence halls and 11 apartment-style structures. The university does not provide on-campus housing options for Graduate Students. Some of them are as follows:
- Amici Hall: Most of the rooms in this hall are for double occupancy. It also has 3 suites for residents. The units include a shared common room with cabinets, sink, microwave and refrigerator. There is a lounge for events, a study room as well as a laundry facility.
- Ava Maria Hall: This hall has suites that offer private bathrooms with additional space, two single occupancy rooms with one suite on a floor. The lounge has a TV, sitting area, kitchen and laundry facilities.
- Christian Hall: Most rooms arrays double occupancy. There are also eight four-person suites. They also have an array of meeting rooms, recreation areas, and lounges with access to the community kitchen, exercise room as well as laundry facilities.
- Giles Hall: This hall has double occupancy rooms for first-year students. Other amenities in the hall include a lounge area with a television, a study room and laundry facilities.
- Saint Agnes Hall: This hall has double occupancy rooms and triple occupancy rooms. Recently renovated, it has 2 lounge areas, laundry facilities, kitchen and spacious seating.
- Saint Clare Hall: This hall has double and triple occupancy rooms. They also have an outdoor seating area, indoor lounge space, a fireplace, kitchen and laundry facilities.
- Saint Elizabeth Hall: This hall has double occupancy rooms & two and four-person suites. Each suite includes two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is also a study lounge, laundry facility as well as a full kitchen.
- Saint Francis Hall: It has mostly double-occupancy rooms with a modern lounge area that joins with a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge includes a TV, seating area, and a couch. They have amenities such as laundry facilities and the Campus Minister Center.
