The program is individualized to meet teachers? personal professional goals.?In Reflective Teaching, teachers define their goals and assess their current level of competence. In addition, the program is aligned with the National Board Certification. Requirements for the degree include a minimum of 36 hours and culminate in a lab digital portfolio. Students must satisfy graduation requirements stated in the Academic Regulations section of the Graduate Bulletin and programs found in the College of Education section. The university reserves the right to modify policies and programs of study by supplying students with written notices of changes.

Academic Requirements:

  • Applicant must have completed bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • Submit official transcripts from the institution where you completed your first bachelors degree
  • Applicants need to submit GRE scores if GPA is less than 3.0
  • Submit current resume
  • Submit writing samples from prior work setting
  • Submit statement of purpose that depicts fit between applicants goals and program outcomes
  • Submit two letters of recommendation
  • Submit English language proficiency test scores

English Language Requirements:

  • TOEFL: minimum 79 in iBT; 550 in PBT; 
  • IELTS: minimum 6.5
  • PTE: minimum 58
