A degree in management and leadership will provide you with the skills to effectively lead a group of people. Many graduates secure jobs in sales, human resources, entrepreneurship, retail, general management and management rotational programs.
Like many fields of business, it is important to network as a management and leadership major. You should also attend shadowing days to get a taste for jobs you may want when you graduate. Look into leadership positions within clubs on campus or through KU’s LeaderShape program. Experience through a summer internship or part-time work will allow you to be competitive with other management and leadership graduates.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit attested copy of high school and secondary school transcripts
- Submit ACT/SAT scores
- Students need a minimum index score of 5.5 for admission
- Index score is calculated by taking high school GPA and SAT/ACT scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL iBT: minimum 79 required
- IELTS: minimum 6.5 required
- PTE Academic: minimum 53 required
- ACT English: minimum 22
- SAT evidence based writing: minimum 590 required
Indian Student Specific Requirements:
- Submit attested copy of higher secondary school examination (class 12)
- Students must submit their original HSC or ISCE before admission
