Southeastern University Florida accepts international students given that they have fulfilled the necessary requirements for admission and met the appropriate deadlines. So, completion and submission of the following documents are required for admission to SEU.

Admission Requirements - International applicants must satisfy the following requirements in order to be eligible for SoutheasternUniversity admissions:

  • Biographical essay of at least 1-2 pages
    • In the essay, you have to describe the beginning and present growth of your relationship with God and how you see yourself as a good match for Southeastern’s academic and spiritual environment.
  • Christian character assessment form
    • This recommendation form has to be completed by a spiritual mentor such as a youth leader, pastor, Bible study teacher, or any person who has guided you in your faith.

  • Once your admission counselor has received all the necessary documents for admission, you will have to send the enrollment confirmation form along with 200 USD as deposit and the affidavit of support with supporting financial documents like:

  • After submission of the required documents, your file will be handed to the university’s International student coordinator who will contact you and create your I-20 form.
  • They will inform you about the next step that you need to take in order to obtain your F-1 visa to study in the US, the required documents, your arrival details, and the required international orientation.

Overview

This was the only school that offered me a scholarship for my grades and position I was in. Also, Southeastern was the only college with special education as a Major that I could find! Last but not least, I knew the Lord was calling me there.
