Master of Science [M.S] [Child and Family Studies] From University of Tennessee

The general emphasis concentration requires a minimum of 37 hours ? 13 hours in foundation coursework and 24 additional hours, selected with the guidance of the student's master's committee. Requirements include 6 hours of?CFS 500?for the thesis option or 6 hours of practicum in?CFS 564?and?CFS 565?for the non-thesis option.?

A project is implemented during the second semester of practicum experience (CFS 565) and is evaluated by the student's master's committee for the non-thesis option written comprehensive examination.
