The purpose of the College of Engineering is to educate men and women to the high levels of research, technical competence, and social understanding that will enable them to fulfill their responsibilities as professional engineers. Graduate programs of the college provide opportunities for advanced study leading to the Master of Science and the Doctor of Philosophy degrees.
