Students become knowledgeable about American, comparative, and international politics and study the dynamics of power and decision making in various political systems. They learn to grasp the forces that determine the direction of emerging countries and their governments, and to analyze the political-economic relationship within geopolitical areas. Students can make comparisons among different political structures within the world, and understand competing historical and contemporary political thought that underpins political systems. The goal in political science is to achieve a self-reflective analysis of the institutions that socialize individuals into their political constructs.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other educational institution attended
- Official transcripts must be in both English and native language with all the courses taken and grades for each subject
- Applicants must have completed the following coursework: 4 years of English; 3 years of History/social science; 3 years of Natural Science; 3 years of Maths; 2 years of foreign language
- Submit a personal statement/resume
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 70 in iBT; 500 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum score of 6.0
- PTE: minimum score of 48
- Duolingo: minimum score of 105
