Our chemistry program is modeled after the American Chemical Society (ACS) guidelines for undergraduate chemistry education while our biochemistry program is based on guidelines from the American Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB). All our students develop the intellectual, experimental, and communication skills needed to become effective scientific professionals. Our dedicated faculty?workdirectly with students in hands-on experiences through undergraduate research and in our laboratory courses that are rich, relevant, and reflective of academic, industrial, and government laboratories.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other educational institution attended
- Official transcripts must be in both English and native language with all the courses taken and grades for each subject
- Applicants must have completed the following coursework: 4 years of English; 3 years of History/social science; 3 years of Natural Science; 3 years of Maths; 2 years of foreign language
- Submit a personal statement/resume
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 70 in iBT; 500 in PBT
- IELTS: minimum score of 6.0
- PTE: minimum score of 48
- Duolingo: minimum score of 105
