The M.A. degree has an emphasis on industry studies or critical cultural studies. Our M.F.A. program, with an emphasis on documentary production and studies, is one of the few in the nation and the only program of its kind in the region. Using a wide variety of professional, high definition cameras, audio gear, and various post-production platforms, you'll be engaged in rigorous and ambitious production opportunities, while being immersed in the history and current theories of the global, documentary genre.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
The students will need to meet the admission requirements for the graduate school and the following program requirements
- Completed program application
- GRE scores
- Official transcripts from all schools attended
- Three letters of recommendation
- 3.00 GPA in the undergraduate degree for admission to the master's program.
Language Requirements:
This university accepts any one of the measures as proof of English language proficiency.
