Stetson's Environmental Science and Studies program is a diverse, interdisciplinary field encompassing art, science and policy which directly relates to agriculture, ecosystems, economics and toxicology. You will?work within solid ethical and scientific frameworks to make well-supported decisions to protect natural resources, develop innovative solutions for environmental problems and exhibit bold leadership skills for environmental change.
The Stetson University environmental science program offers both bachelor of arts and bachelor of science tracks. The B.S. program involves the study of environmental issues from a natural science perspective with an emphasis on nature conservation. The B.A. program involves the study of environmental issues from a social science perspective with a focus on policy and culture.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit official transcripts of high school and other education completed
- Official transcripts have to be evaluated course by course by an evaluation agency like WES, SpanTran
- Submit a writing sample on any one topic provided
- Submitting SAT/ACT score is optional
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 in ibt;
- IELTS: minimum 6.0
- Duolingo: minimum 95
