This 30-credit hours degree program is designed for engineers and other professionals who have responsibility for designing, installing, improving, and evaluating large integrated systems. Specializations/courses are available in the areas of:

As in the cases of existing MS degree programs in the College of Engineering and Computer Science, the course offerings for the MSE (ISE) program are mainly in late afternoon and evening hours to enable students to earn the degree through part-time study. The program may be completed entirely on campus, entirely online, or through a combination of on-campus and online courses.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academics:

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or equivalent, from an accredited school
  • A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4-point scale is required

Indian Eligibility:

Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
  • Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program
