University of Cincinnati acceptance rate is 85% as the admissions are typically lightly selective. The 50% of the admitted students in the undergraduate courses had a SAT score between the range of 1150 to 1350 while those submitting ACT teste had a score ranging from 24 to 29. While 1 quarter of the admitted students have scored above these ranges while the remaining quarter below these ranges. The most important factors during the selection procedures are the academic GPA, high school rank, and the letter of recommendations. Some courses may also take into consideration factors like test scores, extracurricular activities, personal statements, interviews and portfolios as a part of selection criteria.

Once the university issues the I-20 form, students can proceed with either F-1 or J-1 student visa to study in USA and SEVIS Fee payment.
