Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants for the Master's degree must have a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in life science, and have had a course in genetic from a recognized university.
- Either prior to admission or during their programs, students must complete a course in each of the following categories:
- plant systematics or plant diversity
- plant physiology, cell biology or molecular biology
- plant ecology or environmental science
- A course in plant morphology or plant anatomy is strongly recommended.
- A GPA of 2.7 (on a grading scale with 4.0=A) on the last two years of Bachelor's coursework is required.
- A GPA of 3.0 on all previous graduate work (approximately a B average) is required.
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Students need to have a minimum of first-class or upper Second with a minimum of 60% on an institutional basis.

- Letter of Recommendation - This shows who recommended the student to pursue the degree.
- Proof of Financial Support – Students have to submit the proof to determine that they have sufficient financial resources to cover their expenses.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, etc.
