I was recruited for athletics but mostly I chose it because it has a highly ranked political science program. Also, the location was nice because it was in the suburbs but highly accessible to the city of Philadelphia.

Course Curriculum

8

I very much enjoy the political science curriculum, but I believe that Villanova has far too extensive core requirements. Liberal arts education is a scam which makes you pay more money to take classes you do not want to take. There is so much useless core that does not contribute to anyone's education.

Exams

ACT - 31, math - 28, science - 25, reading - 34, English - 35, writing - 26, I also took a few SAT subject tests but didn't do well.

Fees

Villanova is extremely expensive. In total, it gets near $70,000 . However I am very lucky that my parents have helped me to get financial aid through the financial aid office and now I get about half of my tuition off in a grant. However, I know I am a lucky one as Villanova usually does not give any scholarship/grant money.

Scholarship

My family applied for financial aid, Villanova gave us need-based aid.

Examination Structure

Exam structure We do not have exams. It is entirely dependent on the course you take, but as a liberal arts major, I do not have overarching exams that are required. There might be some exams at the end of a semester for one class, but that?s it.

Faculty

9

The faculty are fantastic, I have had great experiences with them. I am also a member of the honours program and through this, I have taken courses with some of the best professors.
