I really liked the campus and the location of it which was one of my main reasons for picking this college. Along with that, it offers really good academics and it is one of the top schools in Florida. They also gave me a lot of scholarships and grants.

Course Curriculum

8

The courses are laid out by credits and you need certain amounts to be considered a different grade level. I like the course curriculum which is given out in the syllabus on the first day of class with all the important information and dates.

Exams

I took the SAT and ACT along with college board AP exams such as AP Psychology, Biology, Government, Microeconomics, Spanish and many more during high school.

Placement

7

Every semester they hold a job/career fair that anyone can attend and it is usually held for a couple of hours for people to walk in and go to different stations that are hiring and looking for college students to work. There is also a resume builder class that is held at the career center.

Internship

It provides internships to people with a certain amount of credits in regards to their major. It also requires applying to it and having a certain GPA, involvement hours and sometimes recommendation letters are needed.

Events

9

The events celebrated in my college vary each semester. This spring semester there was great emphasis on a Dance Marathon fundraiser used to help raise money for children battling illnesses students dance for a 48 hour period to raise money. Our campus overall is heavily involved and there's always something going on.

Fees

Fees involved are usually buying supplies such as books and access codes or if you are taking a lab course buying some equipment required.

Scholarship

I have financial aid that is awarded to me by the government and I also have aid such as bright futures which is a scholarship students get while in high school.

Examination Structure

The exams depend on the course you are taking. Usually, there are three or four exams given in total throughout the semester. There are three core exams and always a final exam for every class and each is weighted differently based on the teacher's syllabus.

Faculty

8

There's a lot of faculty on campus and people who are there to help you and mentor you. Really good programs to keep you on track with your classes and if you need help with anything personally as well.

Hostel

6

I currently live on campus and it is something I recommend to all incoming first-year students to experience because you get to meet new people and be around them. I am going to be living off campus next year in my sophomore year in an apartment.
