The hostel for this developing AIIMS is temporarily located 8 km from the main campus, near the District Magistrate Office in Bhuvangiri, Yadadri Bhuvangiri district, Telangana. Rooms accommodate 4 to 5 students, each provided with a bed, mattress, chair, study table, and cupboards. Mess food includes separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and costs 15,000 INR in advance plus 4,000 to 5,000 INR monthly.

First and second-year students are assigned double-seater rooms, while single-seater rooms are allocated from the third year onwards. Rooms feature balconies with lake views, and facilities include water coolers on every floor, elevators, and paid washing machines. Hostel assignments are random at admission but can be changed later.
