The University offers full time four year B.Tech admission:

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates should have completed Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved categories). 
• They should have taken Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as their compulsory subjects.

Selection Criteria

• Candidates are selected on the basis of the marks scored in the qualifying examination (JEE Mains). 
• Admission is granted upon verification of documents if selected for counselling.

The college offers various undergraduate courses with different specializations. The details of different courses along with their eligibility and selection criteria are given below:

• The candidates should have completed 10+2 in any stream from any recognised board.
• However for B.Sc, Science stream is mandatory and for B.Ed, Graduation in any of the fields is necessary.

The college offers three different postgraduate courses with various specializations. The details of different courses are given below

• The candidates must have completed Graduation in their respective subjects for which they seek admission from any recognized University.
• The minimum aggregate marks scored by the candidate should be 50%.

The college offers a full time MBBS course for 5 years. 

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates should have completed their 10+2 (Intermediate) from any recognized board with PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) as their compulsory subjects.
• They should have attained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 10+2.

Selection Criteria

• The candidates are selected on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying examinations.
• However, admission is granted upon verification of documents during counselling.

Apart from MBBS, the college also offers a full time course of BDS.

• The candidates should have completed their 10+2 (Intermediate) from any recognized board with PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) as their compulsory subjects.
• They should have attained a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 10+2.
• Selection is based on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying examinations.

The university offers a postgraduate course of MD for students who have successfully completed MBBS.

Selection Criteria

• Candidates are selected on the basis of merit score and Interviews conducted by the University itself.
• The final merit list is made on the basis of marks scored in Interview and the qualifying examinations.

The University offers another full time postgraduate programme of Master of Science of 2 years. 

• The candidates who have completed their Master’s degree in any medical field are eligible to apply for MS.
• Admission is purely granted on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying examination.

The University offers Ph.D. courses for students who want to be involved in research related fields. The course can last upto five long years.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidates should have completed their Masters degree in the relevant field from any recognized University.
• They should have qualified NET Exam for admission into any specialization of Ph.D. course offered by BBMKU.

Admission Criteria

• The candidates should be NET Qualified.
• They should have cleared the Entrance exam conducted by the University.

Selection Criteria

• Admissions to BBMKU Dhanbad, Jharkhand is purely granted on the basis of merit. Merit list of the selected candidates is prepared on the basis of the marks scored by students in the qualifying exams.
• The university provides an online application form for admission to various courses.
