Master of Science [M.Sc] (Nutrition and Dietetics) From MLCU, Shillong

Aspirants seeking admission to the Program should have passed any bachelor degree in one of the following:

• Food Nutrition and Dietetics
• Home Science with Food and Nutrition as a specialisation. The student should have covered a minimum of four courses out of the following: Nutritional Biochemistry, Food Microbiology, Basic Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition and Therapeutic Nutrition. 
• Any undergraduate degree with a minimum of 4 nutrition-related subjects like (i) Basic Nutrition (ii) Biochemistry (iii) Human Physiology (iv) Diet Therapy (v) Clinical Nutrition (vi) Diet in Diseases. 
• PG Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics are eligible for lateral entry to the 3rd semester.

Note:

• In case of foreign students there will be one time processing fee of Rs 10,000/
• In case of an increase in the cost of study tour above Rs 5,000/- the increase amount will be borne by the student.
