Every candidate seeking admission to these courses must have passed an examination at the end with B.Arch /B.Plan/ B.E.(Civil)/B.Tech (Civil)/ M.A (Sco/Eco/Geo) or other equivalent examination with 50% marks in the end examination.

Alumni Association Membership (Lifetime) of Rs. 1,000 shall be paid by all the graduating students in the final year of the program.
