Indian Institute of Information Technology - [IIIT], Pune

IIIT Pune is one of the 20 IIITs that is established. This autonomous institute focuses on Information Technology. It was established in 2016 and is considered an Institute of National Importance since 2017. IIIT Pune is a not-for-profit institute and has a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with ROLTA Ltd. and HUBTOWN Ltd. 

IIIT Pune offers Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). Admission to the BTech programme is granted as per JEE Main scores, which are then followed by JoSAA counselling. For the general category, the JEE Main cutoff for CSE at IIIT Pune ranges from 14966- 18945. MTech programs are provided through its departments of CSE with specialization in Artificial Intelligence and ECE with Internet of Things.

IIIT Pune Courses And Fees

IIIT Pune courses offers 3 degrees and 10 courses for both IIIT Pune BTech and IIIT Pune Mtech It has a total intake capacity of 225 students: Computer Engineering and Science (CSE) offers 175 seats and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) offers 50 seats. The Hostel Fee and Hostel Deposit is Rs. 29000 and is same for all courses. The institution has begun offering “honors” degree to deserving students in both Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering branches who have a major in either CSE or ECE: Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.

IIIT Pune Cutoff 2023

IIIT Pune cutoff, 2023 JEE MAIN has been announced. According to the IIIT Pune cutoff for Round 5 in 2023, the final rank range for all B.Tech majors is 16188 to 20886. The most competitive is CSE, with a final ranking of 16,188, followed by electronics and communication technology, with a ranking of 20,886. JEE recommendations are implemented by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). JoSAA R4 2023 results were announced on July 17, 2023. Pune International Institute of Information Technology offers UG, PG and PhD programs. Acceptable entrance exams are JEE Main, DASA UG, GATE, etc. Students seeking admission to IIIT Pune must meet the exclusion criteria and perform well in the entrance examination. IIIT Pune offers various programs to students for admission in this institution. A two-year, full-time IIIT Pune B Tech degree is available from IIIT Pune in two separate specializations: computer science and engineering (CSE) and electronics and communication engineering (ECE). IIIT Pune campus accepts 120 students- computer engineering and information technology and 60 students- electronics and telecommunications disciplines. If accepted in any of the three Willingness (FLOAT/SLIDE/FREEZE) submissions by candidates must include payment of the seat acceptance fee.

A two-year, full-time B Tech degree is available from IIIT Pune in two separate specializations: computer science and engineering (CSE) and electronics and communication engineering (ECE). The course can accommodate 225 students in total. The following are the course's specifics: BTech eligibility requirements at IIIT Pune. Candidates must have received at least 60% of their possible points in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in their 10+2 examination from an accredited board or institution, or they must have placed in the top 20% of their class in the various Boards' 12th-grade tests. The minimum passing score for SC/ST candidates in the class 12 examination is 50%. Along with Joint Entrance Examination Mains (JEE Mains).
