Shobhit University is a private university established in the year 2012 at Gangoh, Uttar Pradesh. It has been accredited by NAAC with a ‘A’ Grade. The university offers a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs under various departments that include Engineering, Law, Management, Computer Applications, Pharmacy, Education & more. The degree awarded by Shobhit University are recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by AICTE. Shobhit University has ranked in India's Top 27 Technical Universities in India Today University Ranking 2022. The institute also ranked in India's Top 5 Technical Universities (highest number of Patent published in the past three years) in India Today University Ranking 2022. Further, the Law Programmes offered by the institute are recognised by Bar Council of India.

- Defence Ward Scholarship: The ward of Defence Personnel will receive a scholarship equal to 20% of the tuition fee.

- Chancellor’s Scholarship: The scholarship is available to the alumni of the institute who are applying for the PG program. The scholarship amount will be equal to 20% of the tuition fee.
- Babu Vijendra Shourya Samman Scholarship: For the wards of martyrs who died during their service will be given 100% off in their tuition fee.
