Bennett University Greater Noida Ph.D Law: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

To be eligible for applying for admission to Ph.D. Degree, the applicant, should have:

• A master's degree in Law/any other discipline from a recognized University with not less than 55% marks or its equivalent; provided that candidates with qualifications in social sciences, humanities, and sciences may be admitted to the program if the research they wish to pursue, interfaces with the discipline of Law.
• Candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination but awaiting results are also eligible to apply, provided that the result of the qualifying examination shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of Registration, failing which their candidature shall be canceled.
• Applicants with more than three years of industry/ teaching/ practicing/ managerial/ professional experience would be preferred.

Additional Fee Details :

1. One Time Security Deposit (Refundable) Rs 30,000
2. An additional mandatory Examination Fees Charges of Rs 12,000 per year
3. An additional mandatory Sports Charges of Rs 26,000 per year for day scholars only, payable twice at Rs 13,000 at the time of registration in semester.
