Tamil Nadu National Law School (TNNLS) is one of the elite institutions counted amongst the group of top law colleges in the country. Undergraduate integrated programmes such as BA.LLB and B.Com LLB are offered by this university. Tamil Nadu National Law School (TNNLS) started in 2013, situated on a 25 acre residential campus in Navalurkuttappattu, and is the first of its kind national level legal institution situated in the state of Karnataka.
- Applications for CLAT (for undergraduate courses) are available, starting from the month of December.
- The selection process to the undergraduate LLB programmes is done on the basis of merit in the Common Law Aptitude Test (CLAT) held across the country.

Tamil Nadu National Law School (TNNLS) BA.LLB and B.Com-LLB Admission 2023
The University offers undergraduate double major (integrated) law programmes, namely BA.LLB and B.Com LLB. In accordance with the functioning of all National Law Schools in the country, the selection process consists of marks secured in the Common Law Aptitude Test (CLAT). Merit list is prepared based on the performance in the examination, following the merit-cum-preference system for CLAT candidates across the country.
The details of the CLAT examination are as follows:
- The test consists of a 200 mark multiple choice question paper, for a duration of 2 hours.
- One mark is awarded for every correct answer.
- 0.25 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer.
The paper is divided into five sections - English with comprehension accounts for 40 marks, General Knowledge and Current Affairs accounts for 50 marks, Numerical Ability for 20 marks, Legal Aptitude for 50 marks, and Logical Reasoning for 40 marks.

- Payment of the application fee can be done through online transactions as directed by the website.
- Admit cards for the examination will be issued after the closure of applications, subject to successful submission of the application form and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
- The form costs Rs.4000 for unreserved categories, and Rs.3500 for reserved categories.
