Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University (JVWU) offers more than 20 programs in English and Hindi medium. The college offers courses in various streams such as Arts, Science, and Commerce in Undergraduate, Postgraduate and PhD levels. The University also offers a number of Diploma courses with a UG and PG combinations for a duration of 2 years to 7 years.
Admissions are entrance based for most of the courses offered. But admissions are also merit based for a few courses. Details have been given below:
- Admission to BA, B.Com, B.Voc, B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, B.Des, LLB, MA, M.Sc, etc is based on JNEE. However, the university considers other entrance examinations too.
- M.Tech admission depends upon scores in JNEE or GATE. Along with scores in BE/B.Tech.
- Ph.D. admissions are offered based on scores in UGC-NET, JRF, SLET or GATE. In case a candidate doesn’t qualify for these entrances they must appear for JNEE.
- For diploma courses, admission is completely merit based or marks secured by the candidates in 10th Board examination.
