Utkal University of Culture is a State University which is located in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. This deemed university was established in 1999 and is approved by UGC. It offers courses in the fields of Arts, Design and Hotel Management.

Students who wish to pursue any of the courses mentioned above can apply for the same online. Here are the detailed steps to apply:
- Visit the official website of ‘Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar’.
- Click on ‘Admission’ and then on ‘Online Application for Admission’.
- Fill all the details correctly in the application form.
- Pay an application fee of INR 300 through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
- Click on ‘Submit’ button.
- Download and take a print out of the same.

- The envelope containing the application form and other documents shall be superscribed with “APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION.
Documents required to be attached with the application form:
- Self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of all the examinations passed i.e. HSC or equivalent, Intermediate/+2, BA/B.Mus./BPA/BVA/BFA and other qualifying examination.
- Self-attested copy of the Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
- Caste Certificate (if any)
- Self-attested copy of Registration Receipt (for Utkal University of Culture candidates).
- Copy of the system generated a receipt or deposited challan indicating payment of INR 300 towards application fee.
Note: Candidates can also deposit the application fee in form of cash at any branch of SBI through Challan generated from the systems.
