Amity University Noida LL.M Course DetailS

Amity University LLM is a 2 years full-time course. LLM course at the university can be pursued in 4 semesters. Each Semester will be 16 weeks. The course can be completed under certain Specializations offered by the University.

• LLM consists of 4 compulsory theory papers, one practical examination and dissertation common to all LLM students and 6 papers of Specializations opted by the candidate.

Every year law firms are invited for a campus recruitment drive in firms like Herbert Smith (UK), Allen Overy LLP (UK), Ashurst (UK), Clyde & Co. (Dubai), Roousee International (Dubai), Herbert Smith (Singapore), Tan Kok Quan (Singapore), Norton Rose (Singapore), Dres & Napier (Singapore). 

• 30- 40 percent of students go for litigation and almost 15 percent of students go for higher studies in India and abroad. • The student is required to complete a compulsory internship. AIALS helps students in getting an appropriate internship with various law firms, law offices, lawyers, and NGOs. Students may get placement offers from the firms where they have done their internship. 
• AIALS is relatively new so it has a weak Alumni network but this is changing very fast as more and more students are getting placed in reputed firms in India and abroad who are more than happy to help.
