About DBRAU
Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University (DBRAU) also popular as Agra University is a government University established in 1927. DBRAU is recognized by the UGC and is accredited ‘B++’ grade by NAAC. The University has 15 residential institutes spread out over its four residential campuses: Paliwal Park, Khandari Campus, Civil Lines Campus, and Chhaleshar Campus. DBRAU now caters to the educational needs of the 7 districts of Agra Division which includes Agra, Aligarh, Mainpuri, Hathras, Firozabad, Etah, and Mathura. The university aims to collaborate with top global institutes, develop new laboratories, and establish a faculty-student ratio of 1:10 by 2033. Currently, around 200 colleges are affiliated with DBRAU with more than 21 million enrollments to date.
DBRAU offers a variety of courses at UG, PG, and Doctoral levels in the disciplines of Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Pharmacy, Education, etc. Admissions to DBRAU UG and PG courses are based on merit of the qualifying exam. However, the university also accepts scores of national-level entrance exams like CUET, CAT, MAT, CMAT, JEE Main, NEET, etc. for admission to several courses. DBRAU Result
DBRAU result for end-semester exams are declared a month after the exams are successfully over. Students who have passed the examination will be promoted to the next semester. Those who are unable to clear their examination will have to reappear for the examination. Students can check their DBRAU Results by entering their Roll Numbers. The following steps can be followed to check the DBRAU result:
- Visit the official website of the DBRAU.
- Scroll down and click on the ‘Results’ section.
- Select from the categories of Main Examination, Semester Examination, Medical Examination, and Scrutiny Result.
- On the next page, enter your Registration Number and click on Submit.
- Your DBRAU result will be displayed on the screen.

DBRAU has a placement cell that was established in 2022 to guide the students of arts, commerce, management, science, and social sciences with all the skills necessary for achieving success in their careers. The placement cell undertakes on-campus interview programs, and off-campus interview programs, and job fairs. - Medical Facilities: The medical facility is available on the DBRAU campus for ensuring the safety of students. The University offers 24/7 medical assistance to students.
- Hostels: There is also hostel accommodation for the students on the DBRAU campus. A common room is also provided in the DBRAU hostel that has a television for entertainment and leisure time. They have hostels for both boys and girls. Along with that, it has a mess facility for food.

In addition, there are 4500 e-journals with full text/abstract form from seven well-known publishers such as SpringerLink, Economic & Political Weekly, IOP, Oxford University Press, Taylor & Francis, ISID, JCCC available at the library under UGC's INFONET program.
- Wifi Facility: They have a wifi facility on the DBRAU campus which is nowadays a basic necessity for working. Students have access to Wifi throughout the campus and at hostels as well.
