• Candidates can download the concerned application form available at the official university website.
• Candidates can also obtain the application form along with the brochure in person upon payment of required fee of Rs. 2000/- (for DM & M.Ch course) and corresponding fee amount for other courses
• Candidates can also request for the application form to be sent by post. Candidate must attach Demand Draft (DD) of required fee amount for different PG courses along with the requisition letter
• Fees must be submitted through demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of the “Registrar, MAHER” payable at Chennai
• Completed applications along with the DD must be submitted and the necessary enclosures to the following address:

1. Attested photocopy of mark sheet/ proof of appearing +2 examination
2. Attested photocopy of transfer certificate
3. Attested photocopy of Community certificate issued by Tahsildar
4. Self addressed stamped envelope (Rs. 5/-)
5. Two passport size colour photographs

Passing MD/MS Degree Course from a MCI recognized Institutions / University.Permanent registration from any state Medical Council of India is essential before the commencement of the course

Candidates should have qualified the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET- MD/MS)

Selection of the candidate to the undergraduate (UG) courses will be done on the basis of their performance in the entrance examination, conducted by the university.
