The college is staffed by highly qualified faculty, chosen through the rigorous RPSC examinations, with a student-to-faculty ratio of approximately 30:7. In addition to faculty members, there are five non-faculty staff supporting the institution. While the university has a placement cell, on-campus placement opportunities are limited. However, internships are available across various programs. Every year, job positions are created for assistant professors, associate professors, lab assistants, and non-teaching staff. Scholarships are offered to students from deprived backgrounds, supported by both the Government of Rajasthan and the central government, targeting talented, poor, minority, and SC/ST students. The annual fees for the college amount to approximately Rs 3,490, which includes an admission fee of Rs 970 and an exam fee of Rs 2,440. Additionally, students may be eligible for a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) voucher scholarship of about Rs 20,000 per year for residents, with an extra Rs 9,500 per annum available for academic purposes.
