Physics:

Biology:
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science and Education (B.Sc.-B.Ed.) in biology, chemistry, botany, zoology, BSc degree in Biotechnology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, bioinformatics, environmental science, pharmaceutical science, biology, chemistry, botany, zoology or BTech in Biotechnology. Candidates should secure a minimum 55% score for students from universities in Rajasthan and 60% for students from Universities outside Rajasthan.
Botany, Zoology and Microbiology:
Candidates must pass the Three / Four year B. Sc. (Hons) degree in relevant subject or Four years Bachelor of Technology and Science (B. Sc.-Tech.) or Science and Teacher Education (B. Sc.-B. Ed.) degree with a relevant paper. Candidates should secure a minimum 55% score for students from universities in Rajasthan and 60% for students from Universities outside Rajasthan.
Mathematics:
Candidates must pass the B.A. Mathematics with a minimum of 48 % aggregate score and 48% in Mathematics or B.Sc. Mathematics with 55 % aggregate score and 55% in Mathematics.
Geography:
Candidates must pass three years B. A or B. Sc course in Geography with 50% minimum marks.
Wildlife Science:
Candidates must have a bachelor degree in Science/ Medical Science/ Engineering/ Veterinary Science/ Agriculture/ Forestry/ Pharmacy/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications or an equivalent degree. Candidates should secure a minimum 55% score for students from universities in Rajasthan and 60% for students from Universities outside Rajasthan.
